2. Bookings and Experiences

• Experience pricing will be communicated at the time of booking and may change from time to time.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, are inclusive of GST.
• Experiences must be booked in advance.
• Group sizes and availability are subject to change.

3. Health and Safety

By participating in any Back To The Wild experience, you acknowledge that:

• Outdoor activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to exposure to weather, terrain, wildlife, and physical exertion.
• You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns to your guide before participating.
• You participate at your own risk and should consult a medical professional if unsure about your fitness to participate.
• You agree to follow all safety instructions given by guides and staff.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Treat all guides, participants, and staff with respect.
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions.
• Respect the natural environment and practice leave-no-trace principles.
• Report any concerns or incidents to a guide immediately.

Back To The Wild reserves the right to remove any participant from an experience who behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booked experience, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellation policies for specific experiences will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Liability

Back To The Wild holds current public liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss of personal property, or consequential loss arising from your participation in our experiences, except where caused by our negligence.
